Organisational Health Literacy

We know that patients and members of the community often find health services difficult to navigate. This can be an alienating experience. There are many practical changes that can reduce this burden on patients and community members. These changes range from improved location of services, or wayfinding, through to ensuring that written patient materials are easy to obtain, understand and act on.
