About the Health Literacy Lab
The Sydney Health Literacy Lab
The Sydney Health Literacy Lab is a world-leading health literacy research group based at the University of Sydney, School of Public Health, and led by Professor Kirsten McCaffery.
Our goal is to support empowered patients and consumers to make better health decisions and achieve better health outcomes for all.
Working in collaboration with the Western Sydney Local Health District Health Literacy Hub and other partners, we develop and test interventions and practical solutions to improve health literacy in a range of community and health settings.
